Ticket System

I'd like to request a somewhat like a ticket system
where a user is taken to a customized page within the SMF forum, created by the system
that page would be like a form the user would have to fill for a certain purpose
for example a hosting application or an application for moderatorship
then a topic is automatically created in some board after that application is sent.

Use SSI.  It would be pretty difficult to create a generic ticket system that worked for everyone.

Ive seen this as a mod for VBulletin.
SMF should have something too, atleast as a mod.

btw, the admin should be easily able to define custom forms with custom fields.
