How do I make this field work in load.php?

I am adding a field to my forum and i get a parse error at this line...I cannot figure out how to code this to make it work.  I tried referencing others in the file...but the others have nothing after the profile part...

I know there is a way to type this so it works right but I cannot figure it out...Please Help
