Show Parent board in Top 10 Boards

My forum has a few Boards with the same name but are child boards.
Like
GameA -> General Discussion
GameB -> General Discussion

When they appear in the Top 10 i can not tell what General Discussion it is talking about without going to it first.

So my Question is how can i make it say
GameA/General Discussion in the Top 10 instead of just General Discussion?
