Need a way to change language when typing 1.0.6

Privet vsem,
Sorry that I am typing in English, but my university does not have a ukrainian language installed.
My problem is exactly this - I would like to "switch" languages anywhere. Like when I switch a language in windows and then type.

It should be something like a drop down menu. If you select "Russian" everything you type will be russian and perphaps a phonetic option, but thats later.

I DON'T want no "Virtual Keyboard" keyboard floating around.

Can someone tell me in which way I can go about implementing this? How do i dynamically change the text typed into THIS box?

Anyways any help would be greatly appreciated!
