[solved] Problem with activating new users

I have a problem with activating new users.
I am using SMF 1.1 RC2

Some of my users get - as example - the following link:
http://www.something.com/smf/index.php=3Faction=3Dactivate;u=3D3;code=3Da9158d

But correct should be:
http://www.something.com/smf/index.php?action=activate&code=3Da9158d

Seems to be a wrong coding.
What´s the problem? How can i fix it?
