Site Slow

Hello,

I know recently SMF got a new server but maybe it is now time to get another new server? The amount of people online at a time is around 700 users. Maybe it's time to consider Dual Xeons?

Same to me and I'm on 56K dial-up.

Then it's maybe my connection from Australia... But often at times it's slow and I check status.php and the loads are sometimes high.

Its a development server, and it does backups often, I notice high load at certain times but this week the sites been fast enough.
