Joomla and SMF 1.1rc2 trouble

I'm having some trouble getting these to work together. This is what i have installed.
SMF 1.1RC2
Joomla 1.0.8
MOS_SMF_BRIDGEv3.19a_SMF1.1b3
I've followed the steps and everything seemed to go ok. But when i try to login through the joomla page i get this error.

The error happens if you use a invalid username also, so if you want to see what it does just enter a random user/pass.
The CMS and Forum each have there own database. I used to same DB user for both Db's. The url to my site is hxxp:www.vturbex.com [nonactive]

Ok. new problem. Now it works right, but the login form is really odd looking.

Read the readme.html that came with the bridge.  There is some code you'll need to put in your Joomla template.

I've added the code to my template.
Right before < / head> and just after < / body>

But it still does not display right.

Nevermind, i'm a stupid. I was uploading the new index.php to the wrong directory. It looks good now, that will teach me to make sure it's the right directory.
