Bug? New posts icon not showing

On the board index, the "new posts" icon never turns up, even if there are new posts (by other posters, of course) - we always see the "no new posts" icon for all boards.

This is really weird, unless both gwyn and I are on crack. I should mention that both of are admins, so maybe it only occurs with administrators?

Can you temporarily change your password, and send me the details?  Then I can try to get "test" to post something, and login with your account to see if it made it new at all.

It might also be useful if you told me which board I could post in .

Mysteriously, the problem is solved for me (but not my co-admin) once she had created an and posted as another user. I did the same, but she still does not see my new posts marked as new (only those of other users).

It's just a test install, so you can post anywhere you like!

We haven't changed anything, but now it seems to be working properly. We believe it stopped after both of us had started to post in more than just 1 thread.
