Ok seems that unless with this error, the forum works fine !

IM having this exact message.  Would be nice to know how it was fixed.  IPB 2.0.3 and SMF 1.1.RC2 with the new converter.php and .sql file

Don't take care about this error. Go to your forum admin and recalculate the stats. Your forum will run fine
