Integration and Theme Work Needed

I am thinking about converting my vBulletin site to SM and would like to have someone that knows more than me do this 

I use Joomla, and at the moment I do not use the user registration system, but I would like to start that.  So they can login in one time.

So the project would be converting my users and messages to SM, making it match my site, and doing all the work 

my current forums are at www.pilotjourney.com/wrapper/forum

I use the wrapper function in Joomla, so they are not implemented as well as they should be.
