But i was wondering what is going to happen with old themes forum now that the new theme forum is active.?

So, should new themes be just submitted to the database and not to the old themes forum as well?

We'll probably stop adding to the Themes boards though thats up to the design team.  I would encourage you to submit new themes to the theme site.
