Lost line 31

My board will not open. I get this info:

home2/statrcom/public_html/board/Settings.php on line 31

There is a error on line 31. Could anyone tell me which line is 31 in board/settings.php?

When did this start happening?  During an initial install?  An upgrade?  Did you install any mods or make any file modifications?

I was in settings and changed the folder board name. I may have inadvertently changed something else. I don't think so but being a newbie I'm not sure. Do I have do a reinstall?

No, you don't need to reinstall.  You don't need to change anything in Settings.php.  You can edit everything from within your admin panel.  Post the first 40 lines of your Settings.php file, but be sure to remove your MySQL information (username, password, etc) before posting the code.
