Thanks, but it's already been reported umpteen times and fixed ready to go.

Same thing here. I downloaded the upgrade package at 23.03.2004 05:00am, ran the upgrade.php and got those errors appeard in the help section. It came to my mind that has it got anything to do with SAFE_MODE upgrading? upgrade.php did not gave me any errors but i dunno...

No, it's a known issue within the help section, as previously stated.  It'll be fixed on the next release (don't ask, we won't tell).  Thanks!
