Wap Site

I would love to use this forum on my Wap site. Can this be done ?
I know only one other forum that can do it.

I tried yours using Wap and it only works with the first link.
And mine does not work at all ?

I cant get those work in my Nokia 6100. Text is showing, but colours arent.

Have you tried all three urls? You are using your phone to check and not the browser I assume (Silly question I know)

Tryed all versions With browser, colours are there, but with phone, there arent.

Anyway - really I had nothing to do with WAP so will have to wait for Compuart to comment as I believe he did all the WAP work!

Yes, Nokia 6100 has it It displays images also. It works in other wap sites.

I found the problem , I had guest turnd off   
I thought you could logon with your forum username and password.

I'm glad you mentioned this. I was trying to figure out how to get to it from my Nokia 3100b phone and when I tried the regular link it told me that it couldn't download the site because it was too large. I think the "imode" version should work for my phone.

I would like to see in a update sometime, Members being able to login to the forum from the wap site.

If you look at the "imode" version, there's a "logout" link at the bottom. This will probably say "login" if you haven't logged in from your phone before. I can't view the wap versions from the browser on my computer so I don't know what they look like

You can login and post for imode, and I think wap2.  Not wap though.

Yeah... I just tried it from my phone (Nokia 3100b)... Here's what happened:

wap: "The requested page cannot be displayed"
wap2: Works fine. I logged in and was able to read topics, but found a bug
imode: Haven't tried this version because wap2 works fine.

I run a Wap site with Poly Ringtones for the Nokia Phone. Thats why I need a forum that can be used on a wap site. And I just tried those links again on my forum and the now work ok

I noticed one of the links has Imode.

My phone can see the wap2 here, and with a browser I can see it.


On my site I can see my wap2 on browser.  But when I try with my phone it says no gateway.  Suggestions?

From my web host:

For internet capable WAP mobile phones the file extension must not be .html, but .wml. WAP pages are supported in all our packages. The default document's name is then home.wml or index.wml.

I found the wireless section in index.  Would I have to change the definition to get the extension I need?
