Forum error log

I try and install a new theme and everyone that is copatible with my forum"1.1rc2" Keeps coming up with up to 30+ error messages upon upload. This is the message what can i do to fix this. Thanks DOK

Update figured how to upload helios and it worked i unzipped the folder and used ws ftp to upload the file not the zipped file that wont work just the unzipped one and everthing went fine, also before you use this theme revert back to the smf default and then use the theme it works and looks great. DOK
