I think this is my problem - some users (including myself) are not having any luck with the Quote button. Currently, it reloads the page. I've done as much testing and digging and searching but have yet to see a similar problem nor a resolution.

The problem occurs because my site is sending the URL (when Quote is clicked) as: hxxp:www.mysite.com/index.php?option=com_smf&Itemid=24&.... [nonactive]

It's the conversion of the & to & before the Itemid which is stopping the correct action. And I now can't find out where this is starting.

I would appreciate some advice!
