helio multi "welcome" message with avatar is gone (help)

i have been using helios multi on two forums

on one i have at the top of every board the users avatar and this message:

"Hey, Gentle Jones, you have 18 messages, 0 are new.
Total time logged in: 2 days, 8 hours and 47 minutes.
Show unread posts since last visit.
Show new replies to your posts. "

but on my second forum i can not figure how to turn this on! help help help i have no idea if i turned this off myself or if it was removed during the recent update of the package
