Help Required with SMF 1.1RC2 and Joomla Bridge

Hi Guys

Where to start, first off i am complete novice with regards to anything to do with Joomla, SMF, PHP etc.

I have mananged to install Joomla, liked the look of SMF for our forums, installed and update SMF to latest version, and then installed 1.1.3 bridge.

It all seemed to go ok, execept i couldnt get the forums to run unwrapped from link in Joomla, then as far as i know without doing anything, if i now click the forum menu link, it goes to load forum, but gets stuck in a loop, never actually loading the page.

I have also noticed that the bridge login shows twice on the main Joomla page, and if i click logout it never actually logs me out.

So essentially in a bit of a mess, havent got a clue what to do next, and would really appreciate some help.
