Guys I need some help. I was trying the new bridge 1.1.3 with Joomla 1.0.7. I used the synch options and now I can't log in to Joomla backend. It tells me that there are no administrators and I cannot log in. Has anyone experienced the same problem or am I the only one? Thanks.

So, you changed the setting for SMF admin to Registered user in Joomla?  Why would you do that?

Do you have PhpMyAdmin?

Go to your jos_users table.  Find the "name" (not username) associated with what should be your super administrator account.

Post that name here.

Ostrio,

Thank you for your reply. I tried to follow the instruction posted here: http://forum.joomla.org/index.php/topic,9033.msg63069.html#msg63069 [nofollow] but it was giving me duplicate error messages. So I deleted the admin account entries in phpmyadmin and tried the script posted in this topic but it didn't help. If I emailed you the credentials to log in to my database would you be able to create the super admin user manually for me? I am not confident anymore about my phpmyadmin skills. I would like to compensate you for your work.

Thanks

LainaaSo I deleted the admin account entries in phpmyadmin and tried the script posted in this topic but it didn't help.

:o

There is no reason to delete your admin account!

All I needed was some information from you so that I could instruct you further.  Without that information, I can't instruct you how to fix it.

Now, you have deleted the information needed in order to fix it.
