Change the color of Topic-names

Is there an option to change topicnames from color individually?

Ehm, how do I say that in English... (I'm Dutch)

I have a Forum for military collectibles. There is one board for showing your military collection and there you can  place also topics with another subject. I want to give all the collection topics the same color, because then it's easy to pick them out of the long long long list with topics

Hopelly there will be someone who can help me
