phpBB2 ---> SMF: Posts failed to convert

SMF Version: SMF 1.0.7
Please help! SMF forum is up and running fine, but twice now the converter failed to convert all Posts.  Everything else seems to have worked, but here is the log...

Do you have any hacks installed? The mysql_fetch_assoc() errors generally indicate that the query was unsuccessful - usually because one or more columns that it's trying to query don't exist.

Hi Oldiesmann,

There are a few mods, but I've recently done a full update with 2.20 (which was released last week) so many of my mods were wiped.  Any suggestions? Otherwise I'll have to bail on switching to SMF - as we have a full growing community for the Frontier 1859 MMORPG project.

I just overwrote all of my original posting files (wiping all posting mods) in the phpBB2 and ran the converter again... but now it reads this..

I wouldn't worry too much about the errors with the member conversion - those are related to uploaded avatars - SMF can't find those files for some reason, but it's not a big issue.

I'm not real sure what could be causing the other errors. Can you send me a copy of the database structure for your board? It should help me figure out what needs to be done to make the converter work with your particular setup.
