How do I enable RSS feeds in 1.1 RC2?

SMF Version: SMF 1.1 RC2
I scanned the forums here - ran a search - and made myself blind searching down every Admin page/tab I could find - I just don't see anywhere to enable this.

I've just upgraded from 1.05 for that forum - using the default template.

Anyone?
