Error in converting log tables

Eh, sorry, I don't know why but for some reason my ftp client didn't override all of the files. I no longer have that error, but I have a new one.

I ran the ugprade.php script and got this error:

"Upgrading log system...
    Creating log table indexes (this might take some time!)... done.
    Preparing log table upgrade... done.
    Converting log tables (this might take some time!)... Unsuccessful!

This query:

Caused the error:

    Thread stack overrun: Used: 57468 of a 65536 stack. Use 'mysqld -O thread_stack=#' to specify a bigger stack if needed"

Any suggestions?

Have you tried re-running the upgrade script? It should go on where it failed last time.

I am also getting this error, please somebody respond, I'm trying to go from 1.0.7 to 1.1RC2.
