Limiting amount of nested(?) quotes

I'd like to see an option added so there is a limit to how many quotes can be quoted, see example below:

I've seen people do this sort of thing over and over when flooding forums. I think it would be a good idea to add a limit to the amount of quotes possible to help put a stop to this sort of thing.

Doesn't seem hard too hard to make as a mod or something. Just basiclly check how many times there is a quote in then if it there is too many then say there is  too many quotes used.
