Where is the convert.php file?

So I found phpbb2_to_smf.php  but I've looked all over and what I can find in a couple of threads are dead links?   Can someone point me in the right direction?  Thanks alot- Mike

Thanks so much!!  I didn't know that you can't see attachments when your not logged on!!  I was like pinned in the topic- WTF  I thought I was going blind!!   Thanks alot!!

I have the phpbb2_to_smf.php and the convert.php in the smf folder?  Were do I need to put my backup phpbb2 files?  in the smf folder, or root dir?   Thanks MIke
