Why do I have Red X's ?

I just installed SMF and when I go to the forum there are Red X's where the images for last post new topic and such should be. hxxp:www.2coolstuff.com/forum [nonactive]

I am not sure if I am supposed to have maybe enabled or uploaded something. Any help would be appreciated.
