UPLOADED WRONG FILES - HELP!

Hi Everyone, Anyone... please, can someone let me know if there is meant to be a whole 'index' folder in the /discussion directory?

I'm here til the wee hours updating my site and i did something so stupid. I accidently uploaded some discussion forum files, i have them written down as I'm using Go Live. The forum has dated back to the 7th April now. I have no idea what to look for!?

If anyone can give any advice or direct me where to go that would be fab.

there is no discussion directory in smf.....

oh sorry, that was my name for the directory, i can't think straight... i basically overwrote the index.php file back to april 7th. Might need to just write it off and do a clean install and start over

just re-upload a clean index.php file. Have you tried that
