Cannot access admin center when Simplemachine.org down.... IN Internet explorer!

When the simplemachines.org server was donw..

Because the latest news bit in the admin center couldnt load, the rest of the page didnt load either...

I thought it was quite strange and tried firefox...

Firefox worked ok...

Tried IE again and i couldnt access the admin page..

Same happen on other smf forums that i have installed...

No errors was displayed, it just took ages to load the page, and just never would finnish loading.

Must be a prob with ie and the way that part is coded...

When simplemachines.org came back up my admin center loaded fine in IE...

Yea, I've heard of this before. We really need to ensure it doesn't try load it until after the page is loaded - but then we have the problem that it looks like it's broken
