Install smf, Change of template --> nothing functions

Hi,

i created a HP with Joomla and integrated smf 1.0.7
so far everthing worked...but as i changed the theme, the forum stopped functioning...

and i recieve the message:

Don't know that much about Joomla to be honest. Try using repair_settings or replacing your source files with clean ones.

What is repair_settings.php?
