A visual warning mod integrated

I like the mod that you can give a user visual warnings but I find many drawbacks to this feature and would prefer if there was one that had a little more functionality in it.

I think that a warning mod should come standard in SMF because a lot of bigger forums that have rules need to be able to enforce them and without some way to keep track of the users that are doing things wrong then we come to chaos.

Pros of the current mod:
It warns users
Puts them on a probation

Cons of the current mod:
All users can see warned posts! Even guests!
When the warn is gone the message still shows the warn though the warn should be on the user.
There is only 4 levels of warning before ban, I prefer to chose my amount of warnings before ban.

I think that we should have the visual warning mod implemented to where it has a percent bar under the buttons in the information of the post that only Admins/Mods/That user can see.
I think that the warning reason should only be seen by the Admins/Mods/That user.
I think this mod should flag the users post that are on probabtion with an image or color in the Topic Index for easy catching by mods/admins.
I think that it should also put it into a log in the admin panel and have a link to the posts of that users probation for easy finding as well.

I hope this gets implemented because it make life easier. I will see about coding one similar to this myself but who knows what'll happen.

Post moderation and more will be in the next version of SMF after 1.1.

How is this mod going to work? Is it going to be only viewable by board moderators, the user and the admins and will it be in both the post topic and the profile? can we choose the icrements before Ban and how long do you think it will take for this mod as I think this is a very important thing.
