Installed Forum But All That Comes Up Is A Blank Page?

SMF Version: SMF 1.1 RC2
I installed my forum a few minutes ago but after i installed it when i went to go onto the forum index all that comes up is a blank page any ideas whats wrong? all the files seem to be there? my site is www.theteenzone.net/forum

This is the code in the source.

If you are trying to install SMF on godaddy ad-supported hosting it will not work.
