Need Help - UTF-8 charset

I am using SMF1.1 (RC2) but i get the err with utf-8 charset (Vietnamese language). all the 'à' be come a? you can have a look at hxxp:yohosting.net/index.php?option=com_smf&Itemid=26&topic=16.0 [nonactive]

If any one have a resolution, please advise me.

Your page source says the encoding to be utf-8.  I am wondering what the problem is??

We had a similar problem but it got fixed when we changed ISO* to utf-8 in Themes/default/languages/index.english.php

SMF 1.1 RC2 has problems with UTF-8.

These problems will be fixed in the next release of 1.1

My forum now display ok for 'à' charater.
