when we post a message in SMF

When we post a message in SMF is there any way we can get a the same post to all the users in the forum .. like the one individual mails in yahoo groups ....

you can use the newsletter function to pm everyone on your board

I am aware of newsletter, but i wanted to know is there any other plugin or any other feature in SMF so that when ever we post a new topic all the members gets a email to there entered email id... like yahoo groups
