How do you change the text on the top block of the main page when a visitor first comes in?

if you go to my site, it is the top block that you first see. that says welcome to shortystavern.

what folder contains that text and the path please.

The "Welcome to" part of it is by default . To change the remaining of the text ie. the name , then change the name of the forum in the admin panel.

What do you wanna change it to ?

in server settings
in core configuration
the "Forum Title" field.
