ipb 2.1.5 to smf 1.1 rc2 error , error, error!

its just not going to work after trying time after time to import my data i get the same error which is this

The IPB 2.x converter doesn't work very well with IPB 2.1.x. A converter for 2.1.x can be found at http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=58371.msg544865#msg544865
