how to import from phpnuke?

hello friends I was using phpnuke forms for awhile and I would like to change my forms system but I have 1 question.if I change the forms system on my web site to this new one .Can I also import all the post I had before in phpnuke forms.because I had like 400 articles on my old forms system and I need to take them from there and put in this new forms system .Can I do that?if I can ,could you tell me how can I do that? thanks
