Error in SMF error log... Undefined index: return

I have been getting the following error in my SMF error log:

8: Undefined index: return

Line: 63

Which seems to be linked with the authentication section:

I am also still having problems with bridge logout - are the two related?

The setting of "Redirect back to the page from which the user logged in" is not compatible with the unwrapped setting.
