in my website caribbean-diving.com if a user enters the password incorectly then the following appears in a new page.

Password incorrect - <span class="remove">monday</span>

Also there is a persistent error IN ONLY THE HOME PAGE with the bridge causing the error at the base of the page which is

Database Error: Table 'cdiving.smf_europesessions' doesn't exist

i DO HAVE THE CODE IN THE TEMPLATE WHICH IS REQUIRED! there needs to ba an underscore and i tried hard coding the right path to the db table but then all the other pages are thrown.
