Reason for rejecting in reject e-mail...

I want it to be able to use a text box for the reason the admin is rejecting the member in member approval mode, so the e-mail
"Username,

Regrettably, your application to join ForumName has been rejected.

Regards,
The ForumName Team."

becomes

"Username,

Regrettably, your application to join ForumName has been rejected because you used an offensive username.

Regards,
The ForumName Team."
