Copy a theme folder from internet?

I hope you can help me.

There is this website with a good template from SMF i want.

Is there a way to copy his theme folder with al the files?

http://www.hiswebsite/smf/themes/niceforum <- How could i copy the folder "niceforum"?

If it's a private theme you can't. If it's a publicly released theme you should be able to get it from the themes site, or in the themes board here.

Is a public theme. The default theme but he eddited some nice things. He doesn't awnser to the emails
