Just installed SMF at http://community.thinbasic.com

Executed a modified version of pnPhpBB --> SMF script conversion and almost seems working quite fine.

I need to install GeshiSMF mod but get error on version. It seems it is not compatible with SMF 1.1RC2

Any chance to have GeshiSMF updated? Does enyone know about what changes can be done in order to have it compatible?

Thanks a lot

It IS compatible, since I use it in my 1.1 RC2 forum :)

Read the thread of that topic on modifications board. You will find the compatible version at the last posts of the topic.

Thank you very much. Installation went fine.

Now problem is using it. I've made a post with some code to be colored but I get the following error:

LainaaFatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: geshi in
.....\Sources\Subs.php(1158) : runtime-created function on line 14

Do I need to install other mods or software?

Sorry to be so newbie But I just started today to use SMF

OK, found the problem. geshi.php file not in correct include directory.
Now my posts are ok but no color syntax, just plain monospace font with a "Created by GeSHI 1.0.7.5" at the bottom of the code block.

Any idea? I'm checking sources.

Again problem found. All were problems related to correct directories where to place php language files.

Thanks
