i have a little problem in my forum, i a user registed he recieve a email, that email supose to appears an activation link, it realy appears.. but just half of that.. like this example:

Bem-vindo, volumes!

Sorry for the portuguese language, but that email says welcome to the new user, and tells details about his user, now in the midle where is bold, is supose to be the activation link.. but just appear that..

how can i solve that ?

By any change do you have Joomla bridge? There are some error reports on the exact issue with Joomla bridge.

is this the bridge from Joomlahacks, or Orstio's SMF-Bridge?

I had the same problem with the Joomlahacks bridge when I had it (recently switched to Orstio). If you've got the Joomlahacks version, it is best to go ask there because that bridge is not supported here

It is known that (at least my search results revealed that) uninstalling Joomlahacks bridge and installing Orstio's bridge will solve your problem. (How I guessed whether you use bridge or not was also the search results All problems had the same common reason, Joomlahack bridge. Anyway, sometimes the search function fails to run )

Not only that, but you've got a live witness for it to - me . I had a ton of problems with the Joomlahacks bridge, and then I removed it and installed Orstio's -- smooth sailing since. If you want to see the topic I had, search for "removing joomlahacks" and it should come up as one of the first ones
