Updated to 1.0.7, now no more SMF

After updating to 1.0.7 successfully, all that my forum displays is "index".
No more public or admin interface.

What gives?

More information is required.  What previous version did you use?  What upgrade/update package did you use?  What mods did you have installed?  Exactly what steps did you take to upgrade?  Did you switch to the default theme prior to upgrading?  Did you remove your mods prior to upgrading?
