Caused the error:
Thread stack overrun: 122916 bytes used of a 131072 byte stack, and 8192 bytes needed. Use 'mysqld -O thread_stack=#' to specify a bigger stack.

Looks like you will need to ask your host to increase the thread stack for a short while.
