Add a new Button to link SMF to my home page

Hello,

I want to create a new button right net to the Login/Logout button which will link the SMF 1.0.7 to Joomla 1.0.8 .
The new button will just have to say GrRock and link to www.grrock.net/Joomla/index.php [nofollow]

I already have in the menu of Joomla the Forum link but i also need the opposite.

I don't have any experience to photoshop and php so if someone could provide me with a detailed solution (or just create it for me  ) it would be excellant!! I use the "SMF Default Theme".
I also need to know which files i will modify and how!
