Forum comes unwrapped

After a post my forum comes unwrapped, this is my second site I have built with this setup and it's the same setup and server so not sure what the deal is.

Mambo4.53h, SMF1.1rc2 and 1.1.4 of the Bridge

I am still looking through the forum to try and find the answer, but if anybody know whats wrong i appreciate the help.

Turn off SEF in SMF.
