Help please I would like to install SMF o Mambo

Hi There

I have mambo installed and would like to add SMF for my forum.

I've had a look through the interegrations forum and can't seem to find a thread on how to install it. I'm sure there is one somewhere but, I'd like to know what I need to download, as I'm a bit thick.

Please can someone post the links to what I need to download.
