Upgrading Error about Old Languages

I'm getting this message when trying to upgrade from 1.07.  Any ideas?  I'm using smartftp to upload the files and I've used the overwrite option and not the resume option.

The upgrader found some old or outdated language files.

Please make certain you uploaded the new versions of all the files included in the package, even the theme and language files for the default theme.

Did you also upload the 1.1 version of the languages? Do you have languages other than English? If not, check they all uploaded correctly.

I think the problem was with Smartftp.  Not sure why it quits and doesn't go down deep to copy sub directories like it should.  Anyway, it's working now after I copied the files again with smartftp... I think I need a new ftp program.
