Accessing my web-site/forum returns and empty HTML page?

I have recently taken over webmaster responsibilities for hxxp:www.ephmis.org [nonactive]. This site used to load with some errors in one of the php files. Now all I receive is an empty HTML page. I am not familiar with SMF so any help/suggestions for how to start debugging this would be appreciated!
