Hello SMF pipz!

I just wondering.... I tried many things about this issue, i tried php tweaks and in htaccess also and some stuff....  but nothing seems working.  I had this  Lynx software a Text browser software that also checks PHPSESSID while entering the forum which mostly ignored by Google these days then Google will ignored crawling the forum which prevents indexing on the google.

Is there a  mod or something that can modify the forum and disabled this Phpsessid?
If there there is a mod  take me there please.......

have you looked at the google and spider mod?

For the 5000'th time SMF 1.1 RC2 does not start session ID's for known search engine bots, earlier releases had a bug that started them for google.

Obviously if a search engine has already archived pages with a session ID, it will continue to check that page still exists so you will still see hits to it, likewise if someone posts a link containing a session id, the spiders will follow it.

oh well... anyways...   good thing to hear.

by the way, I converted to  SMF 1.1RC  already,  I'm always hoping for search engines to crawl more on the forum.   yay!!! :)
